We try hard to keep the prices down for attendees while keeping the perks (and the swag) top notch. In order to do this we rely heavily on having sponsors defray some of the costs. Although aside from that, I am always amazed at how many clients our sponsors come away with. Our attendees are folks that can often make buying decisions and come from all over the US. Are attendee breakdowns are usually around 70% education (almost all higher ed), 20% government and 10% business. We really believe that this conference is a win/win for both the vendors and the attendees. We fully expect vendors to join us at the events and engage with the attendees at all of the social events. Again, this is not your typical conference.

BECOME A SPONSOR

Platinum Level - $4,000

Not only will you be a platinum sponsor, but you will really support the outreach of education all over the US and abroad. Here is what you get:

  • Become a major sponsor of the event with logo (and link)in our Moodle pages and web site.
  • Access to names and emails of attendees
  • An introduction email to all attendees from MountainMoot featuring your company and product.
  • Sponsor of a major evening event.
  • A designated session during the conference.
  • A designated table in the main lobby of the library where attendees will be gathering for breaks on all two days of the Conference. (Table includes power, linen and hi-speed wifi connections) Table size is 72 x 30 and can have banners around or behind it no problem, 2 chairs (3rd optional)
  • Maybe one or two other cool things that we have not thought of yet.
  • The eternal gratitude of the community.
  • Up to 3 free attendee all access registrations with sponsorship. (a value of over $800+)
  • Almost all Food and drinks (including beer and wine) for Tuesday evening, Wednesday day and evening, Thursday Day and evening and Friday Day.
  • One sponsored email posts sent to current MountainMoot Mailing list with logo and information between 8-3 weeks out.

Gold Level - $2,750

  • A designated session during the conference.
  • A designated table in the main lobby of the library where attendees will be gathering for breaks all two days of Conference.
  • Up to 2 free attendee access registrations.

Silver Level - $1,250
